It is our task when I took a GVA training in ProVa. Create a customer database using Google Sheets. This database will help the company manage customer information effectively. 

BAP (Bankers Association of the Philippines)

As a Loan Processor and New Account In-Charge, I am responsible for assisting walk-in clients who wish to open savings or checking accounts. For clients opening a checking account, I begin by collecting their information and one valid ID. I then enter this information into the system for online verification, a process known as BAP (Bankers Association of the Philippines) verification. BAP is essential as it ensures the authenticity of client information, preventing fraud and maintaining the integrity of the banking system.

TransUnion credit score

I also conduct TransUnion checks for prospective clients applying for loans, providing accurate credit assessments to minimize risk for the bank.
